Water Ejection Checklist:

  1. Turn your device volume up to 100% (maximum).
  2. Place your device with the speaker mesh facing down.
  3. Use the Eject trigger. Gently shake device to assist gravity.
  4. Run the Auto Eject cycle 2–3 times for best results.

Unlike smartphones, laptops do not carry IP water ingress protection ratings. Liquid spilled onto a keyboard or side speaker grille can seep through to the motherboard if not handled with caution.
